Architectural Wrapping Film at Grand Junction Retail Park

As part of the Grand Junction Retail Park refurbishment, we were approached to improve the cladding to the front of a number of stores by B Melling Building Contractors.

The Brief

The brief was to give a face lift to some existing external cladding across the front of various stores at the retail park including Next, M&S and Argos. The refurbishment to the cladding needed to be long lasting and look flawless.

The Solution

To deliver this project, a special external and weatherable architectural wrapping film was required.

As approved installers of Avery Façade film, this was the perfect solution. It offers high quality, long lasting results with an immaculate finish for external uses.

What is Avery Dennison® Facade Film?

Faced film is a sheet of self adhesive plastic that can be applied to most hard surfaces. The film is used to protect the substrate and can also be used to change the colour.

Designed for the demands of outdoor applications, with exposure to the elements. Avery Facade Film offers durability of up to 10 years and conformability in one single layer – contouring smoothly around curved and irregular surfaces

The Result

At Grand Junction Retail Park, the cladding across all specified shops had a face lift with black Avery Façade. This specialist film will outlast painted surfaces or standard vinyl wraps, staying pristine and looking stunning for an excess of ten years.

Plus, even the rain couldn’t slow down our expert installation team. They completed the project quickly and efficiently while ensuring a high-quality finish.
