Introducing Two New Trainees at Lustalux
Meet Elliot and Jake the two newest recruits in Team Lustalux. Both lads have joined us straight out of high school and will be put through an apprenticeship scheme learning about the installation of window film, interior surface films, graphics and signage.
We have a long track record at Lustalux of recruiting and developing our people from a early age. We now have four team members who joined as trainees and are currently in the process of filling a further vacancy due to exciting developments and expansion of our interior surface film division.

Richard has been involved with window film since 1989 graduating from installations to MD. These days he is more involved in the development side of the business leaving the day to day stuff to the rest of the team. Away from Lustalux, Richard has been a Chelsea FC supporter since 1965 (no Johnny Come lately!), likes good food and wine, family history and the great outdoors.
