Brand new leisure destination “The Flower Bowl” which is part of Barton Grange Garden Centre near Preston, Lancashire will be a state of the art amenity incorporating an ice rink exclusively for curling, a cinema, fish & chip restaurant and coffee shop. Yet another project by Lustalux Ltd, working within the sports and leisure industry.
We are proud to have been part of this landmark development which has become one of our biggest Architectural Wrapping projects to date. The project required doors and walls wrapping in a specific textured vinyl wrap and digitally printed designs in keeping with the very high level of finish demanded throughout the venue by the owners.
In addition to the architectural wrapping provided by Lustalux our window film team installed a striking blue solar control window film to the fish and chip restaurant glazing.
Our work for the project was divided between our Preston workshop and the site itself. Doors were delivered to our premises which were then prepared and then wrapped before being transported to site ready for hanging. The wood grain effect for the walls and other surfaces were of course applied on site.
For the wood grain effect a vinyl from our Cover Styl’ range of surface films “B6” was selected to provide a warm contemporary light oak type finish. Our Cover Styl’ and 3M Di-noc finishes applied by our in-house installers provide a natural look to a host of surfaces combining an authentic appearance with durability, water, abrasion and impact resistance and low maintenance.
Replica finishes include wood, leather, stone and concrete plus a range of colours and “quirky” effects.
