Lustalux Collaborates with Orangebox at Northern Design Collective
Lustalux recently had the pleasure of attending the Northern Design Collective event hosted by Orangebox at their Huddersfield showroom. This two-day event brought together key players in the design and office solutions industries to collaborate and explore cutting-edge innovations.
Orangebox is known for creating office products that are designed to enhance collaboration in modern workplaces. Their ethos centers on connecting people, not just furniture. Originally founded in Hengoed, South Wales, after the founders acquired a local steel manufacturing business, Orangebox has grown significantly over the last decade. Today, they boast a global portfolio and are pioneers of the Smartworking concept—a flexible approach to office design that offers a variety of functional, stylish spaces to meet diverse workplace needs.
A key component of Smartworking is the integration of shared desks and spaces, fostering a more dynamic and collaborative work environment. Orangebox has become well-known for their innovative acoustic office pods, which serve as meeting rooms, personal workspaces, and phone booths. These pods are designed to provide quiet, private areas within busy office settings, offering both style and functionality.
Lustalux was especially proud to see their Reeded Window Film featured on some of Orangebox’s pod ranges. The film added a layer of privacy to the sleek, modern designs without sacrificing the aesthetic appeal.
