Window Film Solutions for Care Homes.
We were asked by a major UK Facilities Management company to provide both privacy and heat and glare control for the windows of a large care home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
We duly applied our most popular window film – Reflective Silver 20 to most of the windows in the establishment which will provide excellent daytime privacy in bedrooms and communal rooms while at the same time affording a reduction of solar heat gain, glare and UV light.
Heat Control
Solar control window film can reduce solar gain and glare by up to 80% and UV transmission by over 90%. Even with our variable UK climate inside temperatures can rise dramatically on sunny days making working and living environments uncomfortable, especially for the elderly.
