It isn’t very often that we are given the opportunity to showcase our full range of services on one project. When Lustalux was approached by Frank Whittle architects and Eric Wright Construction to assist with the delivery of a brand-new mental health rehabilitation centre it gave us the opportunity to do just that.
The centre in Wesham, Lancashire is a state-of-the-art NHS facility helping people to live independently. The new service is for people who have been hospitalised and need support to regain skills and confidence with everyday tasks and re-learn how to look after their own health and wellbeing.
For this project Lustalux were tasked with installing interior and exterior signage, bespoke wall murals, architectural wrapping, and one way vision mirrored window film.

Initially, the walls of the reception were to be clad with panelling however we were able to demonstrate that architectural wrapping vinyl, with its ability to be formed and moulded around corners delivered a superior high-grade finish.
The wood grain effect of the wrap is durable and hard wearing giving the reception area of the unit a luxurious feel. Architectural wrapping or interior film is available in literally hundreds of finishes including wood grain, concrete, stone, metallic and even glitter! In addition to these other walls in the unit were enhanced by vinyl wrapping them with maps of the local area and an abstract leaf design.
