Privacy and Heat Reflection from the same window film!
This canal-side luxury property boasts an enviable location with the towpath running parallel to the property. The owners approached Lustalux for a solution to help with two issues.
Privacy
With privacy concerns, due to walkers along the canal being able to see into the property, we specified our Sentinel Stainless Steel 25 film. This privacy window film will provide excellent daytime privacy without too much internal light loss. The finished semi-mirrored/ tinted effect will afford adequate privacy from prying eyes.

Heat Reflection
The second concern was owing to the rear of the property being south facing therefore experiencing a high degree of solar heat gain and glare in the warmer months. The Sentinel SS25 film selected will give a high level of solar heat and glare reduction with clear unobstructed vision. Sentinel SS25 is an externally applied film which has a weatherproof coating withstanding all conditions and allowing regular cleaning.
Work was carried out in a few hours with minimal disruption to all concerned.
