the challenge
The retail park's facade was looking dated and weathered, impacting the brand image of the tenants including Next, M&S and Argos. Traditional painting or cladding replacement was deemed too disruptive and expensive.
our solution
We applied high-performance Avery Façade exterior wrapping film to the facade panels. This provided a durable, weather-resistant black finish with a modern aesthetic, completed with minimal disruption to shoppers and businesses.
