The A&E department at Royal Preston Hospital needed wall graphics, window graphics and a refreshed reception desk while remaining operational for much of the installation.

Architect sketches were translated into printed wall vinyl and printed clear window film for the adult and children's waiting areas. The reception desk spanning two areas was prepared and wrapped in architectural film.

At Royal Preston Hospital, Lustalux combined wall graphics, window graphics and architectural film around an operational A&E environment. Architect sketches were translated into printed wall vinyl and printed clear window film for the adult and children's waiting areas.
The reception desk spanning two areas was prepared and resurfaced with architectural film, replacing a dated wood-laminate appearance with a darker wood-grain wrap and a paler worktop wrap.
Because of the nature of these areas, much of the work was carried out while the department remained open. That is evidence of live-site working, not a claim of zero disruption or a healthcare outcome.
