When Cherry Tree House Care Home in Romiley near Stockport required wall graphics and murals and custom bedroom-door treatments, Lustalux printed and installed the work around the home's own brief.
The home selected local Stockport street scenes, a garden and a Lake District panorama. Lustalux printed and laminated the graphics onto specialist wall vinyl and installed them around the building. Bedroom doors were also wrapped with printed vinyl intended to look like house doors, with knockers and letter boxes, to give a more residential appearance.
That demonstrates bespoke artwork, large-format printing, care-home installation and custom door graphics. Graphics of this kind can form part of a care provider's environmental-design strategy, but content needs selecting carefully with the care team. Not every mural or realistic scene is suitable for every person living with dementia.
The installation team that visited the home were professional, courteous and polite.
