Glass screens needed to be more apparent as part of a healthcare interior, without treating manifestation as a last-minute frost-dot package.

Designs based on patterns supplied by the project designers were printed in UV ink on clear film, covering the glass screens as full-surface treatments rather than small plotter-cut motifs.

The Christie, Manchester
At The Christie in Manchester, Lustalux translated decorative patterns into printed glass treatments, integrating glazing visibility with the wider interior scheme. Designs based on patterns supplied by the project designers were printed in UV ink on clear film across the glass screens.
Covering the surface of each screen reduced the chance of small plotter-cut motifs being picked at. The work was designed around the applicable glazing-visibility requirements. Decorative film itself is not automatically compliant regardless of layout, contrast or placement.
