Commercial window film, signage & architectural film in London

Lustalux delivers specialist window film, signage and architectural-film installations for commercial buildings across London. From glazed offices and fit-out projects to retail, education, healthcare and managed property portfolios, we survey the site, specify the appropriate system and programme installation around the building.

Whether the requirement is meeting-room privacy, solar heat and glare, glass manifestation, specialist safety film, branded signage or resurfacing existing interiors, the London service combines technical specification with commercial installation.

UK specialist capability delivered across London commercial sites — survey, specify, manufacture where relevant, coordinate, install and hand over. This page is for a commercial project in London. Occupier, contractor and product briefs remain on the relevant sector and service pages.

Photos, drawings and glazing information can be described in the enquiry or sent once we are in contact — the current form does not accept file uploads.

Commercial projects across London's built environment

London commercial buildings include modern curtain-wall offices, fit-out floors, retail, schools, healthcare and managed portfolios. The location page combines where the work happens with the right sector and service route — it is not ten sector pages pasted together.

Commercial window film installation across London

London commercial buildings contain everything from modern curtain-wall glazing to older office, retail and public-sector façades. The correct film starts with the existing glass, the required outcome and the appearance the client is prepared to accept. See window film for the product range. Performance figures belong on the specified product, not as universal claims on this page.

Privacy and glass treatments for London offices

Meeting rooms, boardrooms, pods, partitions, ground-floor offices and reception glazing are typical London workplace briefs. Frost, gradient, reeded, branded manifestation, printed glass graphics and privacy film can be specified around daylight, privacy and the interior scheme. See offices and corporate and privacy window film.

Manifestation for London offices and fit-outs

Fit-out contractors, glazing contractors, partition contractors, facilities teams and architects typically need manifestation designed around the applicable glazing-visibility requirements and project specification — not a last-minute decoration package and not a “100% guaranteed compliance” badge. See glass manifestation.

Reduce heat and glare through London commercial glazing

Offices, high-rise floors, retail, schools, healthcare, atriums and showrooms across the City, West End, East London and West London often need solar control without automatically replacing otherwise suitable glazing. Suitable commercial solar-control film can reduce incoming solar energy and glare. We do not put universal heat or glare percentages into this location page — performance depends on the specified product and glass.

Euston Tower

5,144 panels on one London high-rise

When spontaneous glass breakage created a safety problem at Euston Tower, Lustalux was appointed to deliver a large-scale specialist film intervention across more than 5,000 spandrel panels. The six-month project required high-level cradle access, technical detailing and consistent installation across the 36-storey, 124-metre building, with consultant involvement from Arup.

Each of the 5,144 panels received an external-grade clear safety film, held with an aggressive adhesive system and anchored to the frame with structural silicone. That is complex London glazing work — not simply frosted film on a partition.

Refurbish London commercial interiors without unnecessary strip-out

Where the underlying substrate remains suitable, architectural film can offer another route before replacing an item solely because its finish is dated or no longer fits the design scheme. Internal and exterior systems are specified around the substrate. See also internal architectural film and façade wrapping film.

Bespoke mathematics wall graphics installed at Alexandra Park School, London

Alexandra Park School

Eleven custom wall graphics in a London school

Alexandra Park School in London asked Lustalux to design and install eleven mathematics-themed vinyl wall graphics. Artwork was developed with the school, printed and laminated in-house, then installed over four days. That is genuine London design, print and installation proof — not a national project relabelled as London.

Projects delivered in London

Only work actually carried out in London is presented as London proof. Related commercial capability from elsewhere in the UK is labelled separately below.

Commercial installation across London

We deliver commercial projects across Central and Greater London, subject to project scope, site access and programme. The City, West End, East London and West London come up naturally on commercial briefs. Send us the project postcode and installation requirements and we'll confirm survey and installation arrangements.

Plan the installation around the building, not just the postcode

Give us the building-access requirements as early as possible. Survey and installation planning should account for loading, security, working hours, access equipment and the other trades using the site.

  • Restricted delivery windows
  • Building-management bookings
  • Loading-bay reservations
  • Contractor inductions
  • Security and access procedures
  • High-rise access
  • Occupied offices
  • Retail trading
  • Out-of-hours work
  • Other fit-out trades
  • MEWP or cradle access
  • Service lifts

One specification across several London sites

Retail estates, corporate offices, healthcare groups, education estates, FM contracts and property managers can use an agreed material specification, central artwork control, repeatable installation detail, site surveys, programmed delivery and consistent handover. See facilities management.

One commercial project can involve film, signs and surfaces

London competitors often specialise in window film, or signage, or architectural wrapping. Lustalux's position is that a single commercial project can involve all three — specified and installed as one package where the brief needs it, without pretending every job contains every product.

Coloured reeded, bespoke coloured reeded film and wall murals and graphics remain available where the brief calls for them. Industrial and commercial sites in Greater London follow the same survey and specification route.

From London site survey to installation

Questions about commercial work in London

Do you install commercial window film across London?

Yes. We deliver window film, signage and architectural-film projects across Central and Greater London, depending on the scope, site access and programme. Send us the project postcode and what you need installed, and we'll confirm how the survey and installation would work.

Do you have a London office?

We don't have a staffed, customer-facing office in London. Our commercial teams deliver London projects from our UK operation, so send us the site details and we'll confirm how the survey and installation would work.

Can you survey a London commercial property?

Yes, where the project needs one. A survey usually confirms dimensions, glazing type and condition, substrates, access, building-management rules, working hours and any high-level or loading constraints before we specify and manufacture anything.

Can you work with London fit-out contractors?

Yes. Drawings, site surveys, RAMS, manifestation, privacy film, signage and architectural film can all sit in one specialist package, coordinated around your construction programme. See construction and fit-out.

Can you install film in high-rise London buildings?

Often, yes — it depends on access, the glazing, the film system and the building management. At Euston Tower we treated 5,144 glass spandrel panels with safety film from cradles over a six-month programme, after spontaneous breakage created a falling-glass risk. See the Euston Tower case study.

Can window film reduce heat and glare in London offices?

Yes. The right solar-control film can cut solar heat gain and glare through commercial glazing. How much depends on the product we specify and the glass you already have, so we'd rather assess your glazing than quote you a temperature drop or a blanket percentage up front.

Can you install privacy film in London office meeting rooms?

Yes. We can specify frost, gradient, reeded and branded treatments around the privacy, daylight and appearance you need. Meeting rooms, boardrooms, pods, partitions and reception glazing are all typical. See privacy window film.

Can you install glass manifestation in London offices?

Yes. We design manifestation around the glazing-visibility requirements that apply to your project — frosted bands, logos, patterns, typography or bespoke printed designs. No design is automatically compliant, so we confirm the detail with you at specification stage. See glass manifestation.

Can you wrap office doors and reception desks instead of replacing them?

Usually, yes, as long as the underlying substrate is sound. Architectural film changes the finish without you having to replace the item. Fire-door assemblies and other specified elements need their existing requirements reviewed before we specify any applied finish. See architectural film.

Can you work evenings or weekends in London?

We can look at evening, weekend or phased installation where the project, access arrangements and scope make it practical — useful for offices, retail, healthcare, operational buildings and fit-outs close to handover. Not every London site can be turned around overnight, so tell us your access windows early and we'll plan around them.

Can you manage several London sites?

Yes, depending on the scope. Retail estates, corporate offices, healthcare groups, education estates, FM contracts and property managers can work to an agreed material specification, central artwork control, a repeatable installation detail, site-by-site surveys, programmed delivery and consistent handover.
